I started PATD Digital in 2023 as a way to make a real difference.
At the time, I had flexed my digital marketing muscles for 15+ years at the big end of town as well as in my own successful eComm business.
I’ve seen first-hand what it takes to stand out, spark conversation and drive conversions...long-term. I know what it takes to be across ALL aspects of the fast-moving digital marketing landscape while managing a team and running a young family. It’s a lot!
PATD Digital is bringing my hands-on, no-nonsense digital marketing approach to businesses across Australia… and possibly yours!

Hi, I’m Josephine
I have been working in digital marketing for over three years, and I am passionate about combining creativity and strategy to help businesses achieve meaningful growth online. I specialise in social media strategy and management, Google Ads, and email marketing, designing campaigns that are both data-driven and engaging.
I pride myself on clear communication and am committed to understanding each client’s unique goals, crafting strategies that drive growth, engagement, and long-term success.
I hold a Bachelor of Communication in Digital and Social Media from the University of Technology Sydney, and I am fluent in English and Spanish, which allows me to connect with diverse audiences and deliver campaigns that resonate.
I am a first-generation Australian with a Uruguayan background, and my culture is very family-oriented. I love spending time with friends and family, and in my free time, you’ll usually find me at the gym, or out in Sydney exploring new restaurants and discovering hidden gems around the city.
Hi, I’m Maddie
I have been working in digital marketing for over six years, and I am passionate about the creative side of building genuine connections between businesses and their audiences. I specialise in social media management, Meta advertising, email marketing, and digital marketing training, with a particular love for content creation and helping businesses find their authentic voice online.
What sets me apart is my commitment to building real relationships with my clients. I believe in clear communication, truly understanding each business I work with, and crafting personalised solutions that reflect their unique story and goals. My approach is collaborative and hands-on, ensuring clients feel supported every step of the way.
Born and raised in Tasmania, I’m a big family person who loves spending time with loved ones. When I’m not working or learning about the latest digital marketing trends, you’ll find me reading, going on road trips, or taking walks with my Dalmatian, Bucky.
Hi, I’m Annie
I hold a Bachelor of Communications, majoring in Strategic Communications, and I specialise in social media management, content shoots, and email marketing. Based in Orange, I help businesses build their online presence and engage effectively with their audiences.
Helping businesses find their voice online and seeing the tangible impact of my work is what drives me every day.I take a hands-on, results-driven approach to every project, tailoring strategies to each client’s goals and ensuring campaigns are both impactful and sustainable. By combining creativity with careful planning, I help businesses strengthen their brand and connect meaningfully with their audience.
Outside of work, I love fashion and collect Vogue magazines, enjoy running marathons, and spending time exploring new cafés and local spots in Orange. I also enjoy travelling whenever I get the chance, combining my love for culture, design, and new experiences.
